Criminal Dispositions

William A. Brixey, 24, St. Maries, originally charged with one misdemeanor of driving under the influence, pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. One misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use was dismissed by motion of the prosecutor (March 29).
