Toys for Tots is returning to bring cheer to area children this Christmas.

Benewah County children ages 12 and younger can receive toys from community members via donation boxes set up in local businesses. Request forms will be available to parents or legal guardians starting on Nov. 20.

Request forms will be available at city hall in St. Maries and the auditors office in Plummer.

The deadline to submit request forms is Dec. 13.

Toys for Tots drop boxes will be located at 208 Bakery, Shift and Grind, Jacks Pharmacy, Country Fair, Harvest Foods, the Dollar Depot, Banner Bank and Main Street Espresso in St. Maries. Drop Boxes will also be located at the Fernwood Mercantile and at Drifers Cafe in Emida.

There will also be a drop box at city hall in Plummer.

Cash donations can be dropped off at the Benewah County Auditors office or with Under Sheriff Tony Eells.
