Independent candidate for Benewah County Sheriff, Mike Ingersoll plans a meet and greet at the Elks Lodge Tuesday, July 28.

“I will be open to answer whatever questions people have,” Mr. Ingersoll said.

Mr. Ingersoll said he hopes to host more opportunities to meet with other communities around the county including areas like Fernwood and Alder Creek.

The meet and greet will begin at 5 p.m. and dinner will be available for those who attend. Adults are $15, children are $7.50 and children six and under eat for free.

There will also be a silent auction and a dessert auction.

Mr. Ingersoll is one of three candidates that seek the Benewah County position. He will face Republican candidate Tony Eells and write-in candidate Tami Holdahl in the November general election.
