I was dealt a triple header over the holidays. I spent three weeks here in our little hospital for surgery. I was in for my birthday, Christmas and New Year’s. The nurses and aides went above and beyond the entire time I was there. Each one on duty on my birthday came to visit. Even the docs wished me a happy birthday. (they were awesome, too!) Before Christmas, two of the aids brought in decorations for my room. If you drove between the hospital and post office, my window was the one that was decorated. New Year’s Eve, the girls came in at midnight and we ushered in the new year together.

From the bottom of my heart – I thank you so much. Please don’t be afraid to use our little hospital. The staff are caring, compassionate and with huge hearts.

And they are second to none!

I wish I could list each name – but my case of sometimers would surely let me forget someone.

Thank you all for making those three weeks bearable.
