The new store will be operated as a Contract Store as defined in ISLD Rule 004. Desired location of said Contract Store is described as:

Please note that Idaho Statute 23-303 asserts that no liquor store shall be located within 300 feet of a School. Additionally, Idaho Statute 23-304 requires a contract store operator to be a resident of Idaho for at least six months prior to his/her selection.
