Kootenai’s girls basketball team hosted Wallace in a final contest before Thanksgiving Break, Nov. 23.

The Warriors were within nine points at halftime, but managed just six points in the second half of a 25-53 defeat.

Tayva Maitland scored a team-high 15 points to go with six rebounds, one assist and two steals. Abby Tiller added six points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in the effort.

Up Next: Kootenai (1-2) opens North Star League play Tuesday, Dec. 7 against Mullan. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m. at Kootenai High.
