Following a senior season where she led the Lakeside girls basketball team in three-point shots made, Tommia Pakootas earned a second honor from beyond the arc last weekend.

Tommia, who led Lakeside to a North Star League runner-up finish this season, made eight of 10 three point shots March 8 in the District 1 All-Star competition at Mullan Pavillion, winning the girls three-point contest.

But she wasn’t quite ready to put a cap on her senior season.

Tommia went on to make six of 10 in the coed competition, defeating Wallace’s Erik Brackebusch for the overall title.

She also scored nine points in the East-West All-Star game as her team, West, took a 55-47 win.

In the boys game, St. Maries’ senior Tyler Lohman scored 11 points, Jackson Pritchard had five and Daniel Howard added two.

Lakeside senior Sergio Abuan tallied two points as team East fell 91-93.

St. Maries seniors Madison Cordell and Alena Davenport, and Lakeside seniors Alyssa SiJohn and Suzzana Pakootas, were also selected to team West.
