Two of Lakeside’s most consistent track athletes are on to state following high district finishes.

Glory Olson, who has cleared 4-08.00 in five of her last six meets competing in high jump, took third last weekend to qualify for this week’s state 1A championships at Middleton High School.

J.J. Hall came in fourth in his 400 meter race with a time of 54.89 and will also travel south to represent the Knights at state.

The state championships kick off Friday at Middleton High School and conclude Saturday.
