The Hiway 95 Christmas Choir performs tomorrow, Thursday, Dec. 9, and Sunday, Dec. 12. Fundraiser comes up big for Booster Club
Kriss Gibson, Donny Masterson, Katie Elliott, Alissa Michael, Jackie & Brian McGregor with a check from Archie's IGA to the St. Maries Booster Club for $53,704. Included were funds raised by the Booster Club, Shift & Grind and Archie's IGA.

Kiwanis, Legion Honor Veterans
In honor of the veterans in Benewah County the St. Maries Kiwanis Club placed a wreath at the feet of the Eagle statue at the Veterans Memorial. The wreath was donated by Steve and Peggy Cuvala. Members of the American Legion Post #25 were present when Candy Pugh, President of the St. Maries Kiwanis Club, and Peggy Cuvala placed the wreath. (left to right) Peggy Cuvala, Jeff Getz, Danny Reed, Dave Hill, Hank Thornton, Dean Johnson, Candy Pugh and Jim Shubert.

Valley Piecemakers Donate
The Valley Piecemakers Quilt and Craft Club made several donations to local charities Dec. 6. Money comes from the raffle quilt and the quilt show Pictured are. Theresa Jeffrey (L) of the Piecemakers presenting donations to Dan Felton for the Elks Lodge, Danette Evertz for the UpRiver Library team, Connie Godjikian for the volunteer clinic, Jackie McGregor for Heyburn Elementary, and Kriss Gibson for the booster club.
