Six St. Maries High School students qualified for the National BPA conference in Dallas, Tex. May 4-8, including: (from left) Taci Watkins, Advanced Word Processing; Hope Aasgard, Human Resource Management; Sarah Spence, ICD 10-Medical Coding; Brennan Green, Presentation Management Team; Ethan Kolar, Presentation Management Team; and Greyson Sands, Presentation Management Team.

The Coeur d'Alene Tribe recently recieved funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to put solar panels on the roof of the Coeur Center.

Veterinary technitian Kristin Mortensen will retire from the Benewah Veterinary Clinic after 27 years. She plans to spend her free time seeing family and doing some travelling. Her last day is March 30 (today).
