Ward Morris, 61, St. Maries, will be sentenced at 2:30 p.m., March 15 following the guilty plea to two counts of felony possession of child sexually exploitative material.
Morris had originally been charged with five felonies in February 2022 and after entering an Alford plea, three of the charges were dismissed by the prosecutor.
Morris was ordered to have a psycho sexual evaluation conducted in the state of Idaho prior to the sentencing date.
Lonnie Layman, 20, St. Maries will be sentenced at 2:30 p.m., March 16 after pleading guilty to one count of murder in the second degree.
Layman was accused of killing Moses Shearer, 23, St. Maries, in June 2022 after an altercation at the Ridgeview Apartments.
Shearer had been shot in the chest with a rifle and was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Layman had fled the scene and was later found along the St. Joe River Road hours after the incident. He has been in police custody since the incident.
