Randall Eugene Cordle

On June 4, 2022, Randall Eugene Cordle finished his last battle, placed his sword on his shield, and stepped into Heaven. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed on this side of eternity. Randall was born on August 14, 1949. He married Marie Courtier, the love of his life, on February 18, 1969. He held her hand for 53 years until Jesus called him home, and he will always hold her heart.

Randall was born again in 1980 when he gave his life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and that changed his life forever. He dedicated his life to serving the Lord of Glory and pointing others toward Christ. He agreed with the Apostle Paul that there was no better foundation upon which to build (1 Corinthians 3:11-14). He served Jesus on mission fields across the world, from Guatemala to Sudan, and spent the last 25 years of his life pointing people to Jesus as the pastor of Christian Life Fellowship in Plummer, Idaho.

Randall was the father of four children, but many more called him Dad. He believed in being a father to the fatherless and loved without reserve. He was always a champion for the downtrodden, the poor and the hurting and freely gave whatever he had without reservation or hesitation. He was a leader among men and could always be counted on to speak the truth with boldness. He was never good at counting the cost. In this world, innumerable men live their lives from start to stop and never make an impact. He was not one of those men!

A celebration of Randall’s life and final homecoming will be held at Christian Life Fellowship in Plummer on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. It is open to anyone who would like to attend.
