Wilma L. Murray (85), resident of Santa, passed away at her home on September 11, 2022. She was born on February 21, 1937, in Pittsburgh, Pa. At the age of 14 she left home with her boyfriend Earl Willard and ended up in the Reno, Nev. area. At the age of 16, Wilma married Earl and they eventually ended up in Dallas, Ore. In 1961 Earl passed away.

Wilma raised her children by herself. She worked as a tax consultant, meat wrapper, and other various jobs to support her family. On February 8, 1982, she met Terry Murray and had an instant love and connection. They married on December 4, 1982, in Dallas, Ore. She continued working until she retired in the mid 1990’s.
