Vince was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas on June 3, 1962 and grew up in Olathe, KS, graduating from Olathe High in 1979. After graduating, he followed his dad to Washington where he absolutely loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, camping and hiking.

He worked pouring concrete for many years before starting his own business - Vinny’s Concrete Construction in 2002. He made many builders and homeowners very happy with his finishing skills!
