Agencies again blaming public for own problems

Well, it’s been a while I see again some Agency blaming the public for its own problems, A few years ago there was mass complaints on the high property tax, so about a year later our local tax Commission started complaining to Boise and l? And behold the problem was fixed with an array of tax help for owners. Now we again have the Dumpster problem, always spray painted no wood, no metal, have cameras, etc. A problem blamed on the public. What about the flat plate dumpsters design for washers, dryers, tanks, ect. They are typically contracted out to used appliance & recyclers who welcome free money. What about educating the public to prepare a safe spot for burning on their property or better yet offer yard dump areas where the county will burn? Anyway, just offer a solution not an increase in fees, money cannot fix common sense.
