ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to Benewah County in Right of Way deeds recorded August 03, 1955 as Instrument Numbers 82602, 82603, and 82604 in Book L-2 of Deeds at Pages 62, 63, and 64.

NOTICE: You have been sued by the above-named Plaintiffs. The nature of the claim against you is Quiet Title Action. The Court may enter Judgment against you without further notice unless you respond within twenty (20) days. Read the information below:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that in order to defend this lawsuit, an appropriate written answer must be filed with the above-designated Court within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons on you. If you fail to so respond, the Court may enter Judgment against you as demanded by the Plaintiff in the Complaint.

A copy of the Complaint is served with this Summons. If you wish to seek the advice or representation by an attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written response, if any, may be filed in time and other legal rights protected.

An appropriate written response requires compliance with Rule 10 (a) (1) and other Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure and shall also include:

1. The title and number of this case. 2. If your response is an Answer to the Complaint, it must contain admissions or denials of the separate allegations of the Complaint and other defenses you may claim.

3. Your signature, mailing address, and telephone number, or the signature, mailing address and telephone number of your attorney.

4. Proof of mailing or delivery of a copy of your response to Plaintiffs attorney, as designated above.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 04/23/2019 at the hour of 11:00 AM of said day, at Benewah County Courthouse the Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property situated in the County of Benewah, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit:

Hodgson, an unmarried person, as Grantor, and Land Title Company , as Trustee, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Republic Mortgage Corp., as Beneficiary; said Deed of Trust having been filed of record on 05/18/1999 as Instrument No. 216249, Official Records of Benewah County, Idaho. The default for which the sale is to be made is that Grantor(s) have failed to pay one or more monthly installment payments under a deed of trust note dated 05/12/1999, secured by the above mentioned Deed of Trust, together with accruing late charges, plus any other charges lawfully due under the note, deed of trust, and Idaho law.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Side Highway District of Kootenai County, Idaho will be accepting bids for District-Wide to Supply and Apply Gravel Road Stabilization for approximately 40 miles by 20' (feet) wide by .5 gallon per square yard. The application to begin in the Spring of 2019.

SEALED BIDS MUST BE DELIVERED TO the East Side Highway District office located at 6095 E. Mullan Trail Road, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on or before Thursday February 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

A BID OPENING will be held at East Side Highway District office at the February 19, 2019 Board Meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The ESHD Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept bids deemed in the best interest of East Side Highway District.

Public hearing

Public Hearing Notice

The City of Plummer, Idaho will hold a public hearing on February 14, 2019 at 6:00p.m. at Plummer City Hall for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding an application for Idaho Community Development Block Grant for the Senior Citizens. The proposed application would be to apply for $150,000 of funding to rehab the old Worley Ambulance building on Highway 5 for the Plummer Senior Citizens to use for their meal site and activities.
