A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 1806 Main Avenue, St. Maries, ID 83861, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 for an estimated 12,795 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. Prior to bidding, eligible bidders shall present a certified check or bank draft payable to Treasurer, State of Idaho, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, in the amount of $515,147.35 which is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $5,151,473.50. The successful bidder's deposit will be forfeited to the State should the bidder fail to complete the contract. The State will not accept bids from parties who are delinquent on payments on existing state contracts. The average starting minimum bid price is $403.20 per MBF.
The sale is located within Section 1, Township 44N, Range 01W, Sections 25, 34, 35, and 36, Township 45N, Range 01W, Sections 30 and 31, Township 45N, Range 01E, B.M., Benewah County, State of Idaho. Sale duration is 3 years. The sale may include blowdown and/or insect and disease infected timber which may result in additional volume and recovery reductions. Interested purchasers should carefully examine the sale and make their own estimates as to volume recovery, surface conditions, and proposed construction prior to bidding on the sale. Purposed Fee #1 An Inflow and Infiltration fee assessed to customers who have been dully notified of an Inflow and Infiltration (wastewater leak) and who have not fixed the leak within 45 days of notice. These customers will be charged $2.00 per thousand gallons of estimated inflow per month until the leak is repaired.
Purposed Fee #2 Establish a fee for private line locates of $ 25.00 for the 1st ½ hour and $50.00 for each additional hour, when Fernwood’s maintenance crew locates water and sewer services on private property.
Purposed Fee #3 Establish a non-refundable deposit for new water or sewer applications of $150.00.
Purposed Fee #4 Revise the fees for turning on/off water meters: Currently the fee for turning on/off meters is $50.00. Purposed is $25.00 for the first ½ hour and $50.00 for each additional hour.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF BENEWAH COUNTY, IDAHO WILL MEET ON AUGUST 27, 2018 AT THE HOUR OF 9:00AM AT THE BENEWAH COUNTY COURTHOUSE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING AND FIXING A FINAL BUDGET AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO EACH OFFICE, DEPARTMENT, SERVICE AGENCY OR INSTITUTION AND FUND FOR THE 2017-2018 FISCAL YEAR AT WHICH TIME ANY TAXPAYER MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD UPON ANY PART OR PARTS OF SAID BUDGET; AND THAT THE FOLLOWING TABLE SETS FORTH THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED TO EACH DEPARTMENT FOR THE 2017-2018 FISCAL YEAR, THE CURRENT YEAR, TOGETHER WITH THE AMOUNTS EXPENDED FOR "SALARIES", "BENEFITS", AND "OTHER EXPENSES" DURING THE TWO PREVIOUS YEARS BY THE SAID DEPARTMENTS, TO WIT:
