The Lakeside girls basketball team suffered its second loss last week against Timberlake.
The Knights were outscored 16-35 in the first half of a 27-62 loss Jan. 5.
Arianna Havier-Gorr, Kiona Allen and Martina Rivera led the team with seven points apiece in the effort.
Lakeside opened its SIC schedule Jan. 10 against Genesis Prep, which was 6-5 going into the game that served as both teams’ league opener.
Up Next: Lakeside (7-2 before Jan. 10 vs. Genesis Prep) plays at Kootenai Thursday, tipping off at 6 p.m. on Harrison Flats. The Knights host Garfield-Palouse Saturday for a set of four games, the first tipping off at 1 p.m. with the JV girls game.
