The Kootenai boys basketball team is set to host Wallace Friday in its final scheduled contest before the district tournament.
Coach Jake Pfeiffer and the Warriors posted their third-highest offensive total Feb. 3 against Coeur d’ Christ, scoring 44 points in a 44-69 defeat.
Christopher Moore led the team with a season-high 26 points and Riley Ausman added 13 points in the effort.
“We’re definitely scoring better,” Coach Pfeiffer said. “They’re getting better shots on offense and getting more rebounds.”
Christopher led Kootenai with 13 points in its first game of the week, a 29-76 loss at Clark Fork.
Riley tallied five points and Simon Hodges and James Myers chipped in four points apiece.
